Eliminate MGBW’s ongoing release delays, increase customer traffic, and increase customer orders.

The Solution

Fēnom Digital established a transition plan with MGBW’s current managed services provider, while working with the furnishing brand ‘s team to develop a robust backlog of initiates to quickly release to their customers.

The Result

MGBW was able to release new code without impacting customer engagement. Fēnom Digital’s DRIVE Matrix created a clear and concise checklist and milestones for release processes and quality testing. As a result, MGBW continues to accelerate their site enhancements and developing A|B tests to validate user experience changes do not impact customer engagement.
