As one of Europe’s largest providers of sneakers and urban apparel, SNIPES has grown its physical footprint to 450+ stores extending all over Europe and now over 300 stores across the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest.

SNIPES USA contracted Fēnom Digital to upgrade their Salesforce Commerce Cloud support and receive a dedicated team of certified developers to assist the SNIPES USA team with web enhancement services.

The Challenge

SNIPES USA need to tackle a large amount of technical debt, and a lack of output by their previous Software Integration vendor.

The Solution

The Fēnom Digital team integrated into the day-to-day operations within the SNIPES USA eCommerce team to provide service, support, and enhancements that drove vision, strategy, and solution to their ongoing initiatives.  

The Result

SNIPES USA has seen a 5x increase in the output of tickets through the onboarding of the Fenom Digital Managed Services team. In addition, the retailer has been able to accelerate the delivery of large capital initiatives such as Email Service Provider (ESP), buy online, pick up in-store (BOPIS), Mobile App Launch, and personalization.
