Fēnom Digital, a leading global Salesforce Commerce Cloud Digital Agency, announced today that Mark Bartlett has been appointed Chief Experience Officer.
Mark has been a leading practitioner of eCommerce and digital transformation for more than 25 years. Throughout his career, Mark has relied upon his deep understanding of customer journeys to pioneer what has come to be known as “experience-driven commerce” — an approach that unifies content, commerce and communication into a seamless and cohesive experience.
As Fēnom’s Chief Experience Officer, Mark will leverage his unique blend of industry and commerce expertise to ensure our customers achieve their desired outcomes through the solutions we deliver. Prior to joining Fēnom, Mark helped FPX modernize the way B2B businesses buy and sell across all channels through FPX’s enterprise Configure Price Quote (CPQ) software.
Prior to FPX, Mark led customer experience and commerce practices for agencies such as Digitas LBi, Sapient/Razorfish, and Attik/Dentsu. In 2006, Mark founded Intersect and innovated experience-driven commerce for leading fashion and beauty brands such as Estée Lauder and LVMH. In 2013, he brought that firm together with Richard Hearn’s Crown Partners. Mark and Richard sold the combined entity to Publicis/Razorfish in 2014.
